We offer a 30-day refund and return policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return within this timeframe.

Conditions for Return

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the defect, and we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, items in our hygiene, grooming, or makeup and cosmetics collections cannot be returned once opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return

with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
